Tracy, this whole ordeal sounds like....well, an ordeal. Are they really building a parking garage? Unbelievable. I would love to see a picture of your house with the construction beside it in order to get the context of the thing. One summer we lived next to a new apt building going up and day after day powdered cement blew over my vegetable garden rendering it inedible. That construction site looks a little sketchy to me. I wonder if they even have a building permit? Poor you.
